City of Polo

As of December 16, 2022, Republic Services has acquired Moring Disposal.  The City of Polo has been informed that nothing will be changing for the foreseeable future.  We will continue to use Moring Disposal toters and we will continue to see Moring Disposal trucks picking up our garbage.  They will be honoring our contract that we had with Moring Disposal.  Our current contract is set to expire August 31, 2024.  If you have any questions about this transaction, we will do our best to get you the information.  Please feel free to reach out to us at City Hall 815-946-3514
