The City of Polo now has a new utility billing software. Due to this, our water bill style has changed. You will now be receiving these new bills. Soon you can create an online account to view your water usage and balance due on your account. You will also be able to sign up for paperless billing if that is something you would be interested in. We will be providing updates when that customer portal is up and running!
